{STANDARDIZED OPERATING PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASERS OF REAL ESTATE PURSUANT TO REAL PROPERTY LAW §442-H} [March, 2022]
Identification: There is no general requirement to provide photo identification prior to
working with The InHouse Group. However, individual property owners may require
photo identification prior to a showing, and we will relate this information to buyers or
tenants in advance of such showing.
Buyer/Broker Agreement: An exclusive buyer representation agreement is not required
to work The InHouse Group agents.
Buyer Pre-Approval: A pre-approval for a mortgage loan is not required by The InHouse
Group to set up appointments, however, individual property owners and their listing
agent’s Broker may require one to set up a viewing or receiving an offer to purchase –
and if that is the case, we will communicate that to buyers as related to any properties
buyers may wish to view.
